Shipping Protection

This policy only applies if you have entered the correct address upon cart checkout. If you do not receive the items you have ordered, you must notify the store within 14 business days of placing the order. If the item has been lost, you will receive a replacement. If you have received the items, but one or more are damaged, view the Return and Refund Policy for more information. If you did not enter your address correctly upon checkout, Quarter Tone Saxophone will not be liable for lost products or shipments.

Return and Refund Policy

If one or more items have been damaged in transit, you must notify the store within 3 business days of receiving the item, via contact form or direct email to: dixon@quartertonesaxophone.com . You must include the confirmation email originally sent when the order was made and information on which items were damaged. You will receive a replacement for each damaged item. In any other case, refunds may be given depending on the circumstances.

Privacy Policy

This store uses Paypal to handle transactions. This website does not receive or store any information pertaining to payment methods. For each transaction, the items purchased, total price, customer name, and shipping address are stored. This information will only be used for record-keeping purposes, and will not be sold to third party organizations.
